南宫ng28属国家大型煤炭企业，济源市重点工业企业 。前身为始建于1953年的河南省济源煤矿，是济源市第一家国有企业，是济源工业的宗子，著名天下的“五小工业” 。2002年改制为河南省济源煤业有限责任公司，2018年组建成南宫ng28 。集团公司总部位于河南省济源市克井镇境内，占地面积90万平方米，注册资金1亿元，现拥有总资产200亿元，职工6000余人 。其中专业手艺职员占比抵达10%，近年来工业总产值和销售收入迈入百亿元行列 。

煤炭开采和洗选方面，主要工业年产优质原煤1000万吨，其中河南省济源煤业有限责任公司位于公司本部，建矿距今70年，拥有3对现代化高产高效矿井，2座年入洗400万吨的清洁煤洗选基地 。公司起劲融入一带一起战略，先后在新疆、陕西、云南和贵州相继独资、合资开发了7对现代化矿井 。公司本部生产的优质无烟煤是国家稀缺煤种，属低灰、低硫、低氮、低氟、低氯、低磷、特低砷、高发热量、高煤灰熔融性温度的“七低两高”的优质动力煤，产品主要用于电力、化工及冶金等行业 。产品脱销天下各地，并受到日本、韩国、东南亚等外洋客户的青睐 。
高新质料工业方面，拥有全资子公司——济源市鲁泰纳米质料有限公司，是一家拥有研爆发产能力为一体的高新手艺企业，属于河南省纳米氧化锌质料工程手艺研究中心，公司氧化锌脱硫剂生产车间为2023年河南省智能车间 。2020年，鲁泰纳米公司作为主要体例单位，加入《中华人民共和国化工行业标准(活性氧化锌)》(HG/T 2572-2020)的制订 。公司年产纳米氧化锌30000吨，拥有5项专利手艺，科技效果10余项 。产品被普遍用于石油开采、军工行业、橡胶制品、养殖饲料和食物行业 。
化工工业方面，拥有合资企业河南联创化工有限公司，工业总产值40亿元，营业收入42亿元，利税3亿元，中国氯碱工业协会理事单位 。旗下拥有全资子公司1个--济源市恒通高新质料有限公司，拥有省级手艺中心1个 。通过ISO9001质量治理系统、ISO14001情形治理系统、ISO45001职业康健清静治理系统、ISO50001能源治理系统认证 。
绿色及新能源工业方面，拥有固废处置惩罚企业——济源市中辰情形科技有限公司，每年可处置惩罚种种危险废物7.5万吨，处置惩罚种别包括《国家危险废物名录》(2021版)的32大类 。绿色发电企业——济源南宫ng28能源光伏发电有限公司，一期设计建设规模3.88兆瓦，总投资1700余万元，年发电量470万度，减碳排放指标每年3000吨 。
有色矿山及冶炼方面，在青海格尔木昆仑经济开发区投资建设格尔木豫源有限责任公司，是国家开发大西部战略首批挺进昆仑经济循环区的企业，主营营业为粗铅冶炼，占地270亩，注册资金5300万元 。同时拥有大柴旦矿山和化隆矿山探矿权，与西藏地质五队相助，拥有特拉沙日矿等五个矿山探矿权，与西藏地勘局水文工程地质公司合资，拥有扎那矿和阿尕龙巴矿探矿权 。
其他转型工业方面，专业非织造布生产企业——济源市小浪底无纺布公司，年可生产水刺无纺布10000多吨，于2022年入选河南省智能车间名单 。产品普遍用于医疗、清洁擦拭、美容美妆等多个领域 ；抵圃炱笠怠幽削梓胱氨钢圃煊邢薰，驻足煤炭机械加工，立异生长思绪，逐步打造成为集团公司新的经济增添点 。同时集团公司起劲涉足房地产、金融、互联网科技等高新领域，实现多元化生长 。

Henan Jimei Energy Group Co., Ltd. serves as a large-scale national coal enterprise and a key industrial enterprise in Jiyuan City. The predecessor of Henan Jiyuan Coal Mine, founded in 1953, which is the first state-owned enterprise in Jiyuan City and the first subsidiary of Jiyuan Industry, is renowned throughout the country as one of the "five small industries" and was restructured as Henan Jiyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in 2002 and was established as Henan Jimei Energy Group Co., Ltd. in 2018. The Headquarters of the Group Company is located in Kejing Town, Jiyuan City, Henan Province, covering an area of 900,000 square meters with a registered capital of RMB 100 million; it currently possesses a total asset of RMB 20 billion and more than 6000 employees, with professional and technical personnel account for 10%; and it has achieved a total industrial output value and sales revenue of ten billion yuan in recent years.
Group Company is committed to diversified development with coal as the main focus by adhering to the enterprise philosophy of "pursuing perfection and reaching the new height." Currently, Henan Jimei Energy Group Co., Ltd. controls fifteen subsidiaries to engage in multiple industries, including coal mining, dressing by washing, transportation, sales and chemical industry, high-tech material, non-ferrous mining and smelting, new energy development and utilization, and machinery manufacturing, etc., has invested in enterprises located in Henan, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, and Guizhou, possessing products covering the whole country and some products entering the international market.
Speaking from the coal mining and dressing by washing, its main industry produces 10 million tons of high-quality raw coal annually wherein; located at the Company Headquarters, Henan Jiyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. has been mining for 70 years and possesses three pairs of modern, high-yield and efficient mines, as well as two clean coal washing and selection bases with an annual output of 4 million tons. Upon actively integrating into The Belt and Road strategy, the company has successively and independently or jointly developed seven pairs of modern mines in Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Yunnan, and Guizhou. The high-quality anthracite, serving as a scarce type of coal throughout the country, produced by the Company Headquarters is high-quality thermal coal with "seven lows and two highs" of low ash, low sulfur, low nitrogen, low fluorine, low chlorine, low phosphorus, ultra-low arsenic, high calorific value, and high ash melting temperature, which is mainly used in industries such as electricity, chemical industry, and metallurgy, etc., and is popular throughout the country and is favored by overseas customers from countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, etc.
In terms of the high-tech material industry, it wholly-owned Jiyuan Lutai Nanomaterials Co., Ltd. -- it is a high-tech enterprise with integrated research and development and production capabilities, belonging to Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Nano Zinc Oxide Materials, and the company's zinc oxide desulfurizer production workshop is 2023 Henan Province Intelligent Workshop. Lutai Nano Company, as the primary preparation unit, participated in developing the Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China (Activated Zinc Oxide) (HG/T. 2572-2020) in 2020. With an annual output of 30,000 tons of nano zinc oxide, the company possesses 5 patented technologies and 10 more scientific and technological achievements. Its products have been widely utilized in oil extraction, the military industry, rubber products, animal husbandry, feed, and the food industry.
In terms of the chemical industry, it owns a joint venture of Henan Lianchuang Chemical Co., Ltd., with a total industrial output value of RMB 4 billion, an operating income of RMB 4.2 billion, and profits and taxes of RMB 300 million, which serves as a Council Unit of China Chlor-Alkali Industry Association. It has one wholly-owned subsidiary - Jiyuan Hengtong High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., as well as 1 Provincial-level Technology Center, and has passed various certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO50001 Energy Management System.
In terms of the green and new energy industry, it owns Jiyuan Zhongchen Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. -- a solid waste disposal enterprise that possesses the capability of disposing of 75,000 tons of various hazardous waste annually, covering the disposal categories of 32 major categories in the National List of Hazardous Wastes (2021 Edition). Jiyuan Jimei Energy Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. -- a green power generation enterprise possesses a design and construction scale of 3.88 megawatts for the first phase, a total investment of over RMB 17 million, an annual power generation of 4.7 million kilowatt hours, aiming to achieve an annual carbon reduction target of 3000 tons.
In terms of non-ferrous mining and smelting, it has invested in and constructed Golmud Yuyuan Co., Ltd. in Kunlun Economic Development Zone, Golmud, Qinghai, to become one of the first batch of enterprises to enter the Kunlun Economic Circular Zone in the national strategy of developing the western region, with the main business of crude lead smelting, covering an area of 270 acres with a registered capital of RMB 53 million. Simultaneously, it owns the exploration rights of Dachaidan Mine and Hualong Mine, has cooperated with Xizang Geological Fifth Team to own the exploration rights for five mines, including the Trasarj Mine, etc., and has a joint venture with Hydrological Engineering Geology Company of Xizang Geological Survey Bureau to obtain the exploration rights for Zhana Mine and Agarongba Mine.
In terms of other transformation industries, Jiyuan Xiaolangdi Non-woven Fabric Company -- a professional non-woven fabric production enterprise can produce over 10000 tons of spunlace non-woven fabric annually, which was selected for the List of Intelligent Workshops in Henan Province in 2022, with products widely used in various fields such as medical treatment, cleaning and wiping, beauty and makeup, etc. Henan Qilin Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a mechanical manufacturing enterprise based on coal machinery processing and innovates development ideas, gradually building itself into a new economic growth point for the Group Company. Meanwhile, Group Company has actively set foot in high and new fields such as real estate, finance, internet technology, etc., to achieve diversified development.
